🎨 About the Artist – Tim Rogerson
Tim Rogerson is a celebrated contemporary artist best known for his work with Disney Fine Art & Marvel Fine Art. Raised in Orlando, Florida, he grew up immersed in Disney storytelling — his father was a Show Director at Walt Disney World, and Tim learned to draw Mickey Mouse at a young age, igniting a lifelong passion for character art.
He studied illustration at the prestigious Ringling College of Art & Design, graduating with honors, and later became a Disney Character Artist. Rogerson was trained by Disney Legend Ralph Kent, one of the last artists personally hired by Walt Disney.
Rogerson was also selected as the Official Artist for the 2006 Winter Olympic Games, a distinction that highlights his international recognition. He has served as the Official Artist for Disney’s D23 Expo, with artwork preserved in Disney archives, and his work is displayed in galleries worldwide. His bold, expressive style blends fine art technique with pop culture energy, making his original paintings sought after and highly valuable!
